Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being received, if within working hours. 

Orders received outside of working hours will be processed from the next working day. 

Working hours are considered as;

Tuesday 09:00 - 17:00

Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00

Thursday 09:00 - 17:00

Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Saturday 09:00 - 17:00

All orders will be despatched with Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated. 

Orders will be despatched as standard under Royal Mail's Signed for Delivery option, to ensure tracking is available for every order.

Orders which select the Express delivery, will be completed with Royal Mails Special Delivery, to be delivered before 1pm, and will include tracking options. 

Orders which are eligible for the free delivery option, by spending £400 on frames and accessories, will be completed with Royal Mails Special Delivery, to be delivered before 1pm, and will include tracking options. 

Digital products (including but not limited to Theo frames) are listed with no price or £0.00. These items are not available for sale through the Shopify platform, and must be purchased in store. 

When orders are received which incur import or export duties to be paid, we will contact the customer to arrange for the duties to be paid before the item is dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to cover all additional costs which are imposed from freight and import/export.
